Potato Bread

After not feeling up to the motions necessary to put things in, and take things out of the oven pretty much all week, I did feel up to it this evening, so using the water from boiling potatoes, and the little bit of left over potato that there was, I made a free-form loaf of potato bread.  Yes, I cook them directly on our pizza stone.

House smells good, and good thing I was up to it as we would have been at a loss for kid’s lunches tomorrow for school without making a trip to the store.  Had me up late, but oh well.  Loaves are pretty to look at, and smell heavenly.
