So just grabbing snatches of time here and there. Has been a very busy week at the office and we are short staffed with one of our people on a sudden two week vacation. Oh well.
I have managed to plant Fennel, Celery, spinach (should have had that in a month ago) more lettuce and True Potato Seed seedlings. Only 10 of those, which are the ten strongest plants from the 55 I had. Will be interesting to see how they do. I put them next to where I planted potato sets from Tom Wagner’s potatoes so if they flower they can cross and I can try those potato seeds next year.
Will have all day Saturday for the gardens here in the cities, and the Ness Farm garden west of here, then we are all heading down to my parents B&B Saturday night. Tons to get planted down there this weekend. I need to get corn in. Lots of it. Maybe squash too. Will do all I can. Next week hope to start on beans.
