So, typical dinner. Tonight was chopped pork loin, sauteed with green onions, Tuscan & Red Russian Kale, Rainbow & Fordhook Chard, Romaine, Deer Tongue, and Buttercrunch lettuce, Japanese Red Garlic Mustard, Sweet Basil, Lemon Verbena, and mint, served over honey rice with fresh baked bread. I do love this time of year.
