Patti came out with me this evening to the Adickes farm. Violet, Claire and Phoebe came along to play with the Adickes kids. Nearly 3 hours of jumping on a trampoline and chasing cats for the kids. 200+ cabbage and kale, along with a 50′ row of Laurentian Rutabagas.
Cats were a bit demanding of attention.
Didn’t really matter what we were doing. They wanted to be riding up top. I learned a while ago to wear at least two shirts so it is easier for them to hang on without digging into skin.
So, that is what I meant to get done yesterday, plus the row of rutabagas. Was a long day between the office, making dinner, driving out to Buffalo, getting this done, and then driving home, but a sense of accomplishment. Drive home we got to watch a blood moon rising, but was busy driving so no photo of that. Either you were out and got to see it yourself, or you didn’t.
