We Will See

So 36 hours of rain.  I can deal with that.  I have nothing more that MUST be in the ground RIGHT NOW so I will wait.  Be they tomatoes or potatoes, they can wait for more warmth and dryer weather.  My earliest flint corns can go into the ground this weekend, and I need to remember to bring sunflower seeds down to my parents when I leave here Saturday night.  Would be a good thing to bring not only potato cuttings, but also the garlic bulbils and onion sets to continue my experiment to see if those two things can keep the gophers at bay.  We will see.  Holidays and weekends are the time to get things done. God helps those who help themselves, and I am helping myself and so many others at the same time.  I hope I find the time.  Time.  If only there were more of that.
