One Last Batch Of Tomato Sauce

I gleaned more tomatoes from my yard (Gallina pictured above) and I had about a dozen grocery bags with what had been greens taken out of the Minnetonka garden a few weeks ago, which were now ripe (and some spoiling) so I got another batch of seeds from Gallina and Rumi Banjan, while making another pot of sauce.

End result was 20 jars of sauce enough for 2 pizzas each, and 3 jars that have enough for 3 pizzas.  My pizza sauce has a ton of oregano in it, which I do not have in my regular red sauce, and I cook it down to a much thicker consistency.  Combined with what I had put up earlier, this makes about 40 pizza meals.  <grin> I might get enough tomatoes from the Rumi Banjan to do some small single meal batches of sauce, but pretty sure this was my last canning run on the tomatoes until next year.
